Warranty

Snaptec Power Supplies are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship, when in normal use and service.

Most products are guaranteed between One to two years from the date of shipment. To confirm the exact warranty applicable to the product please refer contact our sales office.

This warranty does not extend to products which have been opened, altered or repaired by persons other than authorised by Snaptec or to products which become defective due to acts of God, negligence or the failure of customers to fully follow instructions with respect to installation, application or maintenance. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only.

Except for the foregoing expressed warranty, Snaptec makes no warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Snaptec will repair or replace the defective product in accordance with its best judgment. For service under this warranty, the buyer must contact Snaptec to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Products returned without prior authorisation will be returned to the buyer. The Buyer will pay all charges incurred in returning the product to the factory. Snaptec will pay all charges, if the product was defective, within the terms of this warranty.

Snaptec reserves the right to make changes without notice to any product herein. Snaptec does not assume any liability arising out of the application or use of any products or circuit described herein.
